The Band CAMINO: A Celebration of 10 Years at The NeverAlways Tour
December 4, 2025 | Jodi Chung
LOS ANGELES, CA – OCTOBER 23, 2025 – Riding the wave of their newly released third studio album, NeverAlways, The Band CAMINO has taken their music coast to coast on a 27-date North American tour. Originating in Memphis but now based in Nashville, the Tennessee trio treated Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium to an exciting night of indie rock bangers and is appropriately celebrating 10 years together with a setlist that touches on and honors every part of their discography.

The show kicked off with a bang as they launched into “Daphne Blue,” the lead single of their 2019 EP tryhard. I watched as the crowd danced to the rhythmic tunes all night, from the riveting guitar riffs in “Hush Hush” to the astounding vocals in “Stupid Questions.” They spoiled the audience with a variety of fan favorites, including the popular track “I Think I Like You” from their self-titled 2021 debut album. It was incredibly evident how grateful the band was to be playing for such a lively audience in Los Angeles, even singing “Less Than I Do,” a song that they hadn’t played in two entire tours. As they worked through some unusual nerves, they noted that this was their biggest headline show to date.

The acoustic section made this show particularly special, making the 4,000-capacity venue feel like a small, intimate space. Clearing out the stage and bathing in warm yellow lighting, the band sat on stools with nothing but their trusty guitars and beautifully raw vocals as they moved through three acoustic songs. They began with “Damage,” and the venue was soon beautifully lit with audience flashlights as they transitioned into one of my favorite songs off of NeverAlways, “Hates Me Yet (222).” I was also taken aback by their cover of Justin Bieber’s “DAISIES,” as they stripped back the song and delivered a stunning rendition of the popular track.

The energy quickly returned for the band’s final act of the show, a series of songs that featured heavy drums, an exhilarating electric guitar, and colorful, flashing lights that kept everyone in the crowd dancing like no one was watching. From “Heaven,” to “Haunted,” to “1 Last Cigarette,” and closing with their most-streamed song to date, “See Through,” it was hit after hit with every person in the crowd matching the band’s every lyric. They even returned to the stage with a sensational encore, playing their most recently released single “12:34.” The trio ended the spectacular show with “What I Want,” which felt straight out of a coming-of-age movie.

In the end, the concert was truly an indie rock lover’s dream. With an incredible stage presence, an energetic, dynamic crowd, and a setlist that reached every corner of the audience, it was a Thursday night well-spent. Their appreciation for their fans speaks to the band’s longevity, and they wholeheartedly crafted a show that was an ode to all 10 years of the band, with many more to come.
